Services, Prices and more General Information

Puppies
Prices vary. There are several factors that are considered when prices are set for a puppy. We sell all of our Yorkie puppies with health guarantees and each puppy comes with all shots and worming up to date, microchip, as well as a 'puppy pack' with general essentials to get you started such as training material, puppy food coupons (when available) and a bag of food to go home. Puppies do not leave until 12 weeks of age.

Please be aware - We rarely sell our puppies for less than $800. Occassionally we will, but most of the time, prices range are $800 and up. If this does not fit your budget for a new puppy, we urge you to please consider adopting a rescue. If you visit our links page, we have listed a few great resources for wonderful Yorkies looking for their forever homes. You will find that puppies find their way to shelters and rescues quite freqently.

Our puppies are not sold with full registration, however we will occasionally sell the breeding rights to those we feel are responsible. We cannot guarantee the size of any puppy as an adult, nor can any honest breeder, but an educated guess can be made as to the size and color, based on the parents and lineage.

*Microchips are not optional. They are neccessary when absolute verification of your pet is needed. They protect both the new owner and the breeder in different circumstances. Absence of microchip voids health guarantee. No exception under any circumstance. The cost for a microchip is $25.

Deposits are 20% of the price of the puppy. We accept postal money orders, bank checks and PayPal. Deposits are non refundable under any circumstance.

Adoption
Occassionally, we allow puppies and adult dogs alike to be adopted out to forever homes. There are fees associated with adopting an animal, as well as a pet application that has to be filled out.

Stud Service
We do offer servicing to our males, however it is understood that puppies whelped from the breeding cannot and will not be registered with full registration. If you intend to keep any puppies for breeding purposes, special permission must be obtained by the breeder in writing and a fee will have to be paid in order to obtain breeding rights.

Boarding
Dogs 30 lbs. and under can be boarded space permitting. Please contact us for more information. $10 per day includes food, water, supervision and play time.

At our kennel, we also run a supply store, so when you come to buy your puppy, spare yourself the high prices at the store, and shop with us! We have collars, leashes, beds, cages, toys, home-made clothes, and more! *website coming soon!*

*Shipping may be available at buyer's expense. Puppies cannot leave before four months of age if being shipped. If our schedule allows, we may be able to provide transportation to neighboring states for an agreed upon fee to cover gas, food and hotel expenses if needed.
